Eco LucPhi is a personal finance tracker that includes:

• AI-powered receipt scanning and expense tracking
• Subscription management and monitoring
• Financial insights and budgeting tools

Important: Eco LucPhi is NOT a financial advisor, broker, or banking institution. All information is for educational and tracking purposes only. We are not responsible for financial decisions you make.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

You agree to provide real, accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your account.

You agree not to:

• Create fake or multiple accounts for abuse
• Bypass subscription tier limits
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Extract data automatically (scraping)

Violation results in account suspension without refund.

Free: limited features

Pro: €5/month — premium features

Elite: €10/month — unlimited features + priority support

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage Subscription.

Under EU consumer law (Art. 14 of OUG 34/2014), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of first payment, with a full refund.

Exception: The right of withdrawal does NOT apply if you have actively consumed the digital service during this period (e.g., scanned receipts, used AI insights), under Art. 16(m) of the same ordinance.

To request a refund, email support@ecolucphi.com with your subscription date and account email.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that:

• It will be error-free or uninterrupted
• It will meet all specific expectations
• It will be continuously available

We are not liable for financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information in the app.

You can terminate your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the operator's registered address (Pitești, România).
